Mothers Run

A group half marathon program - created for moms, by a mom. Join a supportive community of other runner moms who get it - led by a certified running coach who will help you meet yourself exactly where your fitness is at, progress it appropriately, and maximize your limited training time.

What you get in the program:

  • 12 weeks of customized run training to help you get to your first or fastest half marathon
  • Strength programming geared towards your needs as a runner - along with extra core + stability work we often need after having kids
  • A concrete roadmap to improve and get faster - from a kick-off 1:1 goal setting call, to initial fitness testing, to mid-point testing, feedback on your progress along the way, and finally, a 1:1 pre-race call
  • Bi-weekly live group calls with Coach Montana and several expert guest speakers
