The Road to Boston

A 20-week small-group cohort for runners on the cusp of BQing. We'll leave no stone unturned as we work together towards your qualifying time. This program is ideal for runners within 5 minutes of their qualifying time, though runners with a larger time gap are welcome to apply if they feel they're ready to chase a BQ in a single training cycle.

What you get in the program:

  • Customized run training to help you go after a Boston Qualifying marathon time in 20 weeks
  • Strength training programming
  • A concrete roadmap to improve and get faster - from a kick-off 1:1 goal setting call, to initial fitness testing, to mid-point testing, feedback on your progress along the way, and finally, a 1:1 pre-race call
  • Bi-weekly live group calls with Coach Montana and several expert guest speakers
